Europ Assistance – an insurance service provider and daughter company of Generali - had no sales monitoring and steering tool for aggregated data analysis in place. We developed a concept to enable a 360 degree client view in Power BI, defined the necessary APIs to the databases and designed the Power BI visualisation. The main outcome was a 360 degree client visualisation of all relevant sales data per individual client and on an aggregated level.
The EIC Fund engaged us to create a proof of concept (POC) for a data model integrating financial data from 250+ portfolio start-ups and to develop data reports in PowerBI. In just 2.5 months, we developed a robust and scalable standalone data model to integrate the financial data of each start-up. With an API to PowerBI, business analysts and venture managers at the EIC can monitor and report on both individual company performance and the overall portfolio.
