Our hiring process typically consists of 3 to 5 stages, depending on the role you are applying for. The following is our standard process for junior and mid-level positions. The process can be slightly shorter for trainees, while for senior roles a third round of interviews may be added. In any case, we look forward to receiving your application!
Interview with at least one managing partner and other team members in person or via video call. The second interview usually involves solving one or more tasks on site - depending on the role.
Screening of your application documents by the HR team.
Interview with team members of the relevant department via video call. In this first interview, we check the role-specific and cultural fit.
